The NOMEN EST OMEN project was based on the idea of offering the people around me what I was expected to be offered (artistically speaking) and never happened.
The profane music of the Middle Age, Renaissance and Early Baroque (of the Court or from the village) represents a chapter less approached. My artistically attempt is a question of balance and also my wish to present this music without pretending I'm from the Middle Age and that the audience has accepted this.
The performing is standard giving me the freedom of putting together the musical pieces following some subjective criteria as historical, cultural and social events, without having any direct connection with the music. The general view is the one that matters. So, the chronological time and the geographical space are canceled for a general idea of the album or concert.
The "D'un Chateau L'Autre" album reunites musical themes composed between the 10th and 17th centuries in Spain, France, England, Italy, Germany, Austria and Hungary. The idea of the album is that of the minstrel's life always in search for a new castle.
Every NEO moment, concert or album is a step in this way. The real reason of this approach is that the great music of the world (recently composed) hasn't been born out of nothing, the way from the not so complex Middle Age music (sometimes crossing the labyrinth) to Baroque music has been a logical process.
Mentioning that the new NEO project is the recording of a new album (in June- July), called "Witchcraze", I'm inviting you to meet our activity, and us accessing the NEO buttons.
       I hope you'll enjoy!

Interpretam piesele in maniera standard, conceptia (post)moderna reflectandu-se in selectarea materialului dupa alte criterii decat cele cronologice sau geografice. Albumul “D’Un Chateau L’Autre” reuneste teme muzicale compuse intre secolele X-XVII in Spania, Franta, Italia, Anglia, Germania, Ungaria; ideea fiind drumul atemporal al menestrelului, vesnic aflat in cautarea unui castel.
